"The room was okay. The location was amazing but what made the place? Truly truly excellent was Winfred. The rest of the staff was nice, but Winfred took it to a whole different level she needs to be given a raise a promotion. She needs to be the person teaching everyone customer service. It was extremely professional, informative, friendly. It didn't feel like she was just giving you answers so you can get away. She was actually taking time to look into your problems, solving them and suggesting stuff to make you stay even better. She's amazing"
"Excellent room. Great view from balcony overlooking pool and Indian Ocean. We coild sit outside and listen to the music at night. Room was spotless. We had half board. Food was ,satisfactory. Do not expect a gourmet experience—more at the level of a middle of the road chain restaurant in the US, but this is Mombasa. I would go here again if I were to return to Mombasa. Note that the roads in Mombasa to get here were awful. Traffic was disastrous, a manifestation of the local infrastructure"
