"What a fabulous hotel! Very modern and luxurious! The staff was wonderful! My husband and I honeymooned in Galapagos and spent our last night in Quito on our way back to the US! The hotel was so nice I didn’t want to leave! The bar, the restaurant and the hotel are top notch! Very affordable price as well!"

"La propiedad está al lado de un centro comercial lo que le hace muy bulliciosa y si pides cambio de habitación te ofrecen hacerlo pero te advierten que la calle es más bulliciosa aun. La piscina no estaba disponible y no nos avisaron eso en el check in. Tuvimso que quejarnos para que nos dejen usarla 1 día. Era feriado de semana santa y entiendo que la tarifa suba pero unos conocidos en Cuenca me hicieron saber que "nos cobraron como a extranjeros" osea no sentí que el costo beneficio de un hotel de ese valor lo valió para nada."
