The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the quality on the room excellent. Very private, secure and great private pool, dine in breakfast works well. Just a little out of the way so be prepared to use taxis.

Lovely hotel with great service and warm safe atmosphere. Stayed in a vila overlooking the pool and it was very comfy. Could use a bit more lighting as the vila was a lot darker and hard to see in the bathroom compared to the superior room we moved too for our late check out. Overall a great hotel to stay at. Close to seminyak square and other great places and a short inexpensive taxi ride to kuta. Will defiantly stay here again..
"So close to great restaurants and Seminyak Square"

The staff were very welcoming and the service was excellent. The property is well maintained and the beds were comfortable. The pool is beautiful and so are the gardens. We would stay there again.I know they get a lot of repeat business which comes as no surprise.Excellent value for money.Couldn't understand why they didn't upgrade as their two suites were empty for the duration of our stay???? That is my only criticism.

Villa Aya is in great location off the main street in Seminyak. we were surprised how quiet it was considering it was only 50m from Laksmana street (commonly known to taxi drivers as Oberoi St or Restaurant St) we stayed in villa 4 which consisted of 2 villas with private pool and outdoor kitchen. As our booking was only for 2 they did not rent out other villa so we had all facilities to ourselves but it would be perfect for another couple or if you have older children. The villas are in typical balinese style which is becoming a rarity, they are getting old but in general are very well maintained and clean. There was a couple of dodgy power points and chipped stepping stones around the pool, however we found the setting in general was wonderful. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly - every morning a large breakfast is cooked at your villa. We had other friends staying nearby in another complex and every night they would all come back to our villa as we had so much space. We would highly recommend Villa Aya - it offers good value for the price. One recommendation would be for the hotel to give you a decent map of the area -there was no maps or information at reception (most of staff at reception had only basic english)
