Absolutely loved this villa. Bed fantastic, bathroom awesome and private pool pristine. Whole villa inside and out extremely clean and very well maintained. Yummy breakfast and lunch/dinner delivered to the villa. Fabulous massage on private sunbed in villa. Staff lovely and very helpful. Short road to villas a little rough but don't be put off. Excellent value for money. Will definately be back.
"An excellent 4 star hotel"

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Seminyak Icon. Throughout our stay there were a few minor things which secured the hotel as an excellent 4 star vs a 5 star hotel. GOOD: we saw other reviews stating the location wasn't good b/c it was far from seminyak 'town'. This is true, however we quite liked the fact that we could leave the hotel grounds and not worry about getting mobbed by street sellers. The hotel also had a shuttlento Seminyak, & it was cheap getting home via taxi so not really a problem. The hotel was a few minutes from Bali Deli (supermarket). The staff were very polite and attentive. Mena especially at reception was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and a good size and the private pool was awesome. It felt like bottled water was limitless. Breakfast is HUGE, + complimentary afternoon tea. We found that we didn't really eat lunch. BAD:I think I might be a little picky here..No iron in room, cutlery & glasses were not restocked so we had to call to get back, no communal pool (we couldn't get a late check out it would have been great to relax around a pool). There was one guy at reception who I think was still learning and his English was OK - this in itself isn't a problem but he didn't make a dinner booking for us when we asked him to. OVERALL: we were very happy with our stay. Very relaxed and private setting. The staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is pleasant. I would def consider staying here again

We are 2 mum's having a short getaway from our families and to attend a friend's wedding. We stayed in the 2 bedroom pool Villa (number 11) for 4 Nights. It was even better than the photo's. Both bedrooms, each with their own ensuite/bathroom, are separated by the pool, they were very comfortable. We enjoyed the daily breakfast. We also had the hotel spa treatments. Where we were taken to the Spa room and pampered for 1 hour. Compared to Australian prices it was well worth the money. We had no problems with nearby noise, in fact the mornings were very quiet until about 9 or so. The outside laneway is now paved and the laneway leads right onto the main road Jalan Legian. The mobile phone to call our driver's was a great addition. We were very happy with our stay from check-in to check-out everything went smoothly. We will be recommending your villa's to all our friends. Thankyou Jas Boutique!
"Royal villa perfect for family"

We stayed in a royal villa for 5 nights. The rooms are spacious with king size beds and there own large bathroom. The villa was set on a large block with a huge pool and lovely gardens. There was no fence around the pool which was fine for us as our kids are 11 & 16. We have stayed in several villas in seminyak and these were by far the best. The breakfast in the restaurant was lovely and there was enough selection that you could have something different every day. The mini bar was a bit overpriced but the fridge was large and the Bintang supermarket was close by so we got our own drinks and nibblies. The restaurants in Seminyak are great and so cheap so we didnt use any of the kitchen facilities. (I highly recommend Ultimo italian and Mades Warung indonesian) The staff were all friendly and helpful. The buggy out to the main road was a bonus as its a bit if a walk but is safe and well lit at night. I'd definaty recommend these villas and I'm sure we will be staying there again soon.

My stay at Semara was short but excellent. I left wishing I had booked to stay there longer rather than moving onto another place that I had previously booked. The resort is new and very clean and located on on one the main streets in Seminyak - close to shopping, restaurants, clubs and the beach. The staff are very attentive and friendly and extra touches like a refreshing fruit juice mocktail on arrival was the icing on the cake. The room was a good size and very clean. They provide two bottles of water as complimentary each day which was great given it is not recommended to use Bali water even for teeth cleaning! The pool and bar area is fantastic. There were lots of families ther which meant there were children in the pool sometimes as early as 7am but this didnt bother me and added to the atmosphere. My room was adjacent to the pool so if you are after a quiet break it would be possible to book a room away from the pool. It has a small but excellent gym complete with cold filtered water, towels, new gym equipment, treadmills and TV/music all overlooking the pool. The food is fresh and breakfast buffet and other options very good. I would definitely recommend Semara to other friends and family and would return in a heartbeat.
