Stayed 2nts at a beachside hotel then 2 nts here - wish we'd just spent the whole time here instead. We had Deluxe villa 5 which was excellent, spotlessly clean and lovely the have both an indoor & outdoor shower as well as a bath. Extras in the room were a stereo and DVD player, wouldn't have thought we'd have used that but pretty handy with so many 'discount' DVD/CD stores close by. Privacy was great, the walls are high enough to keep away prying eyes but still let the sun shine on your private plunge pool. Staff were great, really friendly but actually helpful too. The location itself is excellent as the setup of the villas makes it impossible to know if you are the only people there are the place is full. The surrounding neighbourhood isn't so great, just a classic Balinese tourist street, but the beach is a short 12 min walk away down quiet back alleys. There's no attached restaurant (they come to your villa to personally prepare breakfast - weird but kinda cool) so make sure you also eat at the Divine Wonderland at the entrance to the Club Villas, the food is awesome! Enjoy your stay here, we sure did!

The sevice was excellent The staff were very obliging. we had a couple of problems with leaking taps that were fixed within 10 minutes of complaining. The only hassle was the swimming pool and the dining room were all in one. We had a dinner and a couple of people walked through in their wet bathers, I would have preferred to have a walkway for the pool.

Overall a good stay, room was nice although bathroom floors and walls could have done with a clean. Staff were very friendly, a bit pushy on staying within the hotel to eat and drink though, and the drinks were expensive, but the food was good and not too overpriced. Lovely pool and surrounding gardens. It is a bit out of the way and the traffic was terrible, so a good place to stay if you are wanting to get away from the crowds and just relax.
